What affiliate partners cannot do
Affiliate partners, including the Masagana88 operator and any network in between, do not review guides before publication, do not approve wording, and cannot request that risks, drawbacks, wagering requirements or verification advice be softened or removed. They also cannot buy a favourable description, a rating or a ranking, because we do not publish any of those.
What a partnership does change
A partnership changes exactly one thing: certain outbound links are marked with rel="sponsored", presented as clearly labelled buttons, and disclosed on the page. Our affiliate model page explains the mechanics and our affiliate disclosure gives the formal statement.
Content types and labels
Readers should always know what kind of statement they are looking at. We use four labels.
Verified information
Facts drawn from a regulatory or official source: PAGCOR's responsible gaming rules, the existence and purpose of PAGCOR Guarantee, BSP regulation of e-wallets, GCash and Maya help-center procedures. These are the only statements we present as settled facts.
Promotional information
What the platform advertises: bonus offers, free credit campaigns, payment options, app availability. We describe these as advertised, note that they can change without notice, and tell you to confirm eligibility and terms on the official platform before relying on them.
Editorial analysis and sponsored links
Editorial analysis is our own interpretation: what a wagering requirement means in practice, which questions to ask before depositing, where a promotion's terms look restrictive. It is opinion, and it is labelled as such. Sponsored links are outbound links that may earn us a commission, always marked and always disclosed.

Sources we do not rely on
We do not treat social media posts, Telegram groups, forum threads, third-party "review" sites, unofficial mirror sites or affiliate marketing kits as sources of fact. If the only source for a claim is one of these, the claim is not published, or it is described as unverified with a "verify on the official platform" note.
What we will not publish
Fabricated trust signals
- Fake reviews, testimonials or player quotes.
- Star ratings, scores or rankings for Masagana88 or any operator.

Misleading or unsafe claims

Review process
One accountable editor
Our editor and primary author, Shame Cee, writes, reviews and updates every guide. Before publication, each page is checked against a fixed list: claims labelled, sources linked, banned wording absent, responsible gaming notice present, internal links working, dates set. Our fact-checking policy describes the claim-level process.
Dates on every page
Every page displays a last-updated date. Promotional details and regulatory items are re-checked more often than evergreen explanations. When a page is materially changed, the date changes with it. Huwag kalimutang tingnan ang petsa bago ka magdesisyon.
Corrections policy
How to report an error
Email editorial@masagana88pinas.com or use the contact page. Include the page URL, the exact statement you believe is wrong and, if you can, a link to the source that shows the correct information. Reports about the accuracy of promotional details are especially welcome, because those change fastest.
How corrections are handled and shown
In principle we acknowledge reports within a few business days. We then check the claim against its primary source. If the error is confirmed, the page is corrected and its last-updated date changes. Minor fixes such as typos are made silently. Material corrections, where the original statement could have affected a decision, are noted in the corrected section so readers can see what changed.
Advertising and sponsored content
How sponsored links are marked
Every affiliate link carries rel="nofollow sponsored", appears as a clearly labelled button such as "Visit Masagana88", and is accompanied by a disclosure on the page. We do not hide affiliate links inside ordinary sentences or disguise them as reference links.
Paid placements
We do not currently publish paid articles. If that ever changes, any paid or sponsored article will be labelled "Sponsored" at the top of the page, will follow every rule in this policy, and will never be presented as an independent review.
Responsible gaming standards
Who we write for
All content is written for adults aged 21 and above. Under PAGCOR's framework, persons under 21 and students of any school in the Philippines are prohibited from gambling. We do not target minors or students in wording, imagery or placement, and we do not run content designed to appeal to them.
How we talk about money
Gaming is entertainment. We never frame it as income, a side hustle or a way out of debt, and we never describe systems for chasing losses. Every guide that discusses money links to our responsible gaming page and to PAGCOR's exclusion programs.
AI-assistance statement
How tools are used
Drafting and editing tools, including AI-based assistants, may be used during research, outlining and drafting. They speed up the mechanical parts of writing. They are not a source of fact and are not cited as one.
Human review on every page
Every page is reviewed, fact-checked and edited by our human author before publication. The author is responsible for every published claim, label and date. No page goes live on the basis of a tool's output alone.
